very nice concept, simply and clean processing... and the mysterious color of the sky improove the mood of the pic.

Wonderful, too bad the moon is cut off a tad though. Still a great image!

Sorry, I don't want to be mean... but I don't see this one as being a great one. Sure simple stuff can sometimes be cool...but I don't know... here it doesn't work at all for me.

I'd try to crop it on one side and at the bottom (let's say... 2 inches on the left, and 2 inches at the bottom), to put the subject (the moon) off-center a bit. That would at least add a little dynamism to the whole thing. I'd put a bigger moon too.

I hope you can deal with such critics.

This is cool work Michelle, I'd not have the top of the moon cropped off though. This is really interesting, looks like it could go on a wall in a high end place, keep it going.

Hmm...I'm going to have to agree with  kemp on this one. I appreciate the idea of a composite, and I definitely think you should give it some more trys (maybe a composite of one of your bugs attacking a city? :p ), but this isn't really working for me. I think the top center has such a strong pull already that you couldn't put something anywhere else, but when you do put something there it seems too obvious a place. Your eye goes directly to the moon and then that's it...there's not much else to do.

That's a really nice shot of the moon though :)

Looking forward to more composites

A simple, yet effective composition. I like how the composition leads to the moon.
